Ethan Knight is a Senior Analyst, responsible for investment and portfolio analysis.

Experience

Prior to joining Sabal, Ethan was an Analyst for Torchlight Investors and was responsible for analyzing and assisting in the deployment of $700 million of capital in real estate private debt and equity opportunities. Torchlight’s lending solutions offers opportunistic, value-add and hedge fund strategies in all major asset classes, nationwide. Ethan’s responsibilities included writing investment memoranda, carrying out investment due diligence, and preparing platform marketing material for existing and prospective investors.

Education

Ethan received a BA in Economics with minors in Business and English Literature from Northwestern University.
